We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate a team with projects on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, construction expertise, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising team members, ensuring project quality and safety standards, and maintaining efficient workflow throughout the process. Reports To Tent Manager, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager
Job Duties:
Manage tent crew for a safe effective and timely installation or tear down.
Problem Solving.
Set up and take down of tents, stages, dance floors, tent flooring and lighting.
Delivery of equipment; tent, stages, dance floors, tent flooring and lighting.
Loading and unloading of trucks.
Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment.
On site interaction with clients.
Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety procedures.
Positive team player, go-getter willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Receive and execute instructions from supervisor.
Working Conditions:
Often works outdoors and in all weather conditions such as heat and cold.
May occasionally work in a warehouse/indoor environment that does not have air conditioning.
Regularly wears safety attire or uses safety equipment, such as vests, masks, gloves, etc.
May work in close proximity to other people.
May be exposed to loud or distracting sounds or noise levels.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of leading staff.
High School Diploma/GED is preferred but NOT a requirement.
Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs over significant distances.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record preferred.
Some Night/Weekend Required.

Preferred Experience:
Construction or other outdoor field Crew leader/foreman experience
Three months tent installation experience is a plus
Bi-lingual/Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
