Job Description

We are looking for a person to take on the lead role for our lawn and snow team. This person will mow lawns, do landscaping, perform snow removal as well as help build our business in the Central Wisconsin and surrounding areas. You must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smart phone.

Wage based on experience and will increase, based on your reliability, work ethic, attitude, and abilities.

Requirements:
-2+ years of building/remodeling experience covering all facets of home repair and maintenance.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Able to consistently meet deadlines.
-Good problem solving skills.
-Able to work independently when required, with little supervision.
-Ability to maintain electronic worksheets and documents
Possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a smart phone.
-Starting wage $20 or more depending on experience.
