Position Overview:

We're looking for a dependable and experienced

Crew Lead

to oversee daily tree service operations. The ideal candidate can lead and motivate a crew, operate heavy equipment safely, and ensure each job is completed to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate crew members on job sites Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company procedures Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, loaders, and other tree service equipment Drive and haul trucks and trailers with equipment loaded Assist with ground work, cleanup, and debris removal Communicate with customers and supervisors on-site progress Perform basic maintenance and daily inspections on equipment and vehicles

Qualifications:

Prior experience in tree service, chainsaw operating, and rigging methods Valid driver's license Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive work environment Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
