As a

Crew Lead

, you'll oversee high-end residential landscape installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and with the highest level of craftsmanship. You'll be the hands-on leader of a talented crew, responsible for delivering exceptional outdoor living spaces.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee landscape installation projects, ensuring quality and efficiency Work hands-on alongside your team to install hardscapes, pavers, plantings, outdoor living features, and more Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure job site safety and adherence to company standards Communicate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and high-quality results

What We're Looking For

5 or more years of experience in landscape installation, hardscapes, and outdoor living construction Expertise in pavers, planting, and outdoor structures Ability to read and interpret landscape plans Strong leadership and team management skills Valid driver's license (Required) Experience operating landscape equipment and machinery Reliable, professional, and passionate about quality craftsmanship
