Overview

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and customer service to join our team.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Handle food safely and efficiently, ensuring adherence to all food safety standards and regulations. Assist with food preparation, including cooking, assembling orders, and maintaining inventory levels. Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions while providing change as needed. Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate cash handling and order processing. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all restaurant policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy are essential. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
