Crew Chief

Job Description
The crew chief coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clear expectations to production technicians.
- Supervise production technicians activities.
- Coordinate and performs production processes as scheduled and ensures quality control.
- Always follows and oversees safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
- Documents a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
- Coaching and training of production technicians.
- Communicates with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Other tasks/duties required by employer.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration or construction.
- Strong communication skills, oral and written.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- High school diploma/GED.
- IICRC Training & Designations Preferred (Fire, Water, Odor, Upholstery Restoration)
