The Credit Operations Analyst Is Responsible For Tracking, Measuring, Monitoring, And Reporting Performance Data On Our Acquisition Processes. Additionally, This Role Will Be Involved In Providing Recommendations On How To Improve Processes Or Change The Performance Results Directly Relating To How We Onboard Customers From A Credit Perspective As Well As Write Requirements And Map Out Flows. This Person Will Play A Role In Managing The Implementation, Reporting, Strategy, And Ongoing Operations Of These Processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify trends in credit processes to inform strategic business decisions and recommend improvements Prepare, validate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, tracking performance shifts and key metrics Identify and implement process improvements and report automation using databases, spreadsheets, and IT solutions Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, analyzing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce resource needs, and support projects Create ad-hoc reports, assist senior management, and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards Maintain vendor relationships, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and track tasks and projects




Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics, and 3-5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:



Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to Macro Experience with SQL or Python Experience with credit operations a plus Proficiency with Google suite applications (Gmail, Google Slides, Google Docs, etc) Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

Salary Ranges





Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year
