Job Description

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree is preferred in healthcare or business-related field. High school diploma required.

Experience

Experience working in mental healthcare is required. 1-2 years' experience in developing, organizing, implementing, and managing onboarding and credentialing processes.

Demonstrate ability: (a) in exceptional communication and collaboration skills; (b) to interact professionally, compassionately, and effectively with a variety of internal and external customers; (c) to assess, adapt, and calmly respond to changing environment; (d) to make independent decisions consistent with current policies, procedures, and ethical standards; (e) in project management skills (developing and implementing projects from start up to completion with excellence); (f) to create performance metrics and interpret complex data; (g) to be flexible with a passion for continuous growth and learning; (h) to utilize computer and software systems; advanced in Microsoft platforms; (i) in attention to detail with the ability to see the larger picture and vision for the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
