Compensation:
The hourly wage range is $25.10 - $36.29. Wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.

Shift:
Monday - Friday / Day Shift
Location:
Remote (after initial training at the corporate office in Lynnwood, Washington).
The ideal candidate will provide consistent, accurate, and timely provider credentialing and licensing support for the professional services corporation, enhancing the company's ability to provide professional services to patients at multiple hospital and clinic locations. Provide insight to credentialing leadership on the integration of credentialing with Radia's Operations Center processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Review and update provider data in credentialing systems for accuracy and consistency.
Develop, implement, and track monthly QA audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly KPI and quality reports to leadership.
Conduct root cause analyses for process or quality variances and document findings.
Maintain organized document structures and accurate file naming conventions.
Coordinate and lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) projects for process improvement.
Assist with reviewing and updating departmental policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of new credentialing software systems.
Train staff on new workflows, systems, and credentialing requirements.
Audit provider data for completeness and accuracy.
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
5+ years of credentialing experience
Experience with The Joint Commission Accreditation Standards - preferred
Credentialing certification (CPCS and/or CPMSM) - preferred
Knowledge, or acquisition, of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standards and Out of State Medical Board Licensure application process, preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or must be obtained within 2 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
