Company Description:

La Nurse Home Care Registry, a mid-size Florida based private duty home care and staffing company is seeking an experienced person for Credentialing in our Delray Beach office.

Job Duties:

Recruiting and Credentialing

Call and screen HHAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs for private duty homecare and/or staffing in nursing homes and rehab centers Assist with Credentialing of new candidates Constant contact with candidates, tracking progress
Required Experience:

Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required 2-4 years' experience in home care Must have experience with Credentialing Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and customer service skills Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve accordingly Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Excellent follow through Excellent time management and organizational skills MatrixCare or comparable software experience preferred Computer skills
