CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full time Credentialing Assistant to work at our Center City, PA office.



Please note this position is entitled to a $500 sign on bonus.


Responsibilities:




Provide administrative support and related clerical functions which include data entry, faxing, copying, mailing, documentation collection and filing Track recredentialing applications and monitor the status Assist with enrollment projects which include; electronic and paper applications, file completion, and data entry of electronic credentialing systems Daily ongoing tasks and project completion times: Database updates (OneApp and CAQH) Provider re-credentialing with insurance carriers Updating credentialing spreadsheets (requires knowledge of EXCEL) File maintenance Monitor document expiration dates/Upload renewed certificates

Requirements:




Must have the ability to multitask Computer knowledge is a must Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing Requesting the days of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday shift for part time Minimum of 3 hours/day. More hours available

If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
