What You'll Do:

Oversee the day-to-day management of our growing creator community Work on recruiting more creators to join our platform Develop deep personal relationships with top creators Assist creators with platform questions, content help, and other needs Work closely with the Content and Brand teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for creators Works closely with the Product and Engineering teams to further develop the platform to serve creators' needs

Who You Are:

Early-career (0-3 years experience) with strong execution and communication skills Comfortable operating in fast-moving startup environments Highly organized with natural attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you'll talk with creators regularly Excited about marketing, the creator economy, and social media Proactive problem-solver who moves quickly without needing hand-holding Excited about coming into the office every day to work with and learn from other team members Based in St. Louis (required!)

Nice-to-Haves:

Have the finger on the pulse of internet culture: social media, AI, memes, etc. Experience in marketing, advertising, social media, and/or customer success Evidence of scrappiness, hustle, or self-starter energy

This role is open only to candidates located in St. Louis, MO.

Pay: $45,228.13 - $54,468.28 per year
