Position Summary



Realty Texas is seeking a

Creative & Visual Marketing Manager

to lead the execution of our visual marketing output across the company. This is a

hands-on, production-driven role

responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality, on-brand, and compliant marketing content that supports our agents, leadership, and company initiatives.

You will own the

visual side of our marketing calendar

, create content agents are proud to share, manage in-house photography, and support company communications and events. This role is ideal for someone who is both

creative and highly organized

, understands real estate marketing, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced, in-office environment.

This is not an influencer role.
This is not a remote content job.
This is a

professional creative operations role

with real responsibility and real impact.

Core ResponsibilitiesContent Calendar Ownership



Maintain and manage the annual and monthly content calendar Refresh content monthly with timely, relevant, and strategic ideas Align content with company initiatives, seasons, events, and agent needs Balance educational, branding, engagement, and value-driven content Ensure consistency and reliability in weekly and monthly output

Graphic Design & Creative Production



Create new marketing graphics monthly using Canva and AI-assisted tools Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets Produce content that delivers

real value

to agents and is worth sharing Design reusable marketing materials agents can use to stay visible in their sphere Ensure all visuals and messaging comply with Fair Housing regulations

Social Media Visual Support



Support company social media presence with weekly visual content Design graphics for scheduled posts across platforms Maintain a high standard of professionalism and brand consistency Collaborate with leadership on priority announcements and campaigns

Agent Newsletter



Design and produce the monthly agent newsletter Coordinate sections such as company updates, events, education, recognition, and reminders Ensure content is visually engaging, easy to read, and genuinely useful

Photography & Agent Onboarding



Serve as in-house photographer for agent onboarding Conduct weekly headshot sessions in the Realty Texas studio Perform light photo editing and retouching using Adobe Lightroom Manage photography equipment, scheduling, and studio workflow

Events & Promotional Materials



Design flyers and promotional materials for company events Support trainings, meetings, recruiting initiatives, and special campaigns Ensure materials align with brand standards and deadlines Occasionally support on-site events with visual needs or photography

Required Skills & Experience



Strong graphic design skills (

Canva required

) Photography experience, including headshots and basic editing Proficiency with

Adobe Lightroom

Experience managing and executing a structured content calendar Understanding of Fair Housing compliance in real estate marketing Strong organizational skills and ability to meet recurring deadlines Ability to create content agents actually find useful--not just decorative

Preferred Qualifications



Real estate or brokerage marketing experience Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools Experience producing newsletters or recurring internal communications Experience supporting marketing for live events or in-office teams

Work Environment & Expectations



In-office position only

(no remote or hybrid work) Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Regular interaction with agents, leadership, and internal teams Occasional evenings or weekends for events or photography High expectations for professionalism, reliability, and follow-through
