You should have a strong eye for design and storytelling, understand marketing psychology and brand positioning, and know how to optimize content for reach and engagement. This role combines creative direction, project coordination, and marketing execution -- ensuring our media pipeline runs smoothly and consistently.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce branded content (Reels, Stories, graphics, short-form video)
Implement and manage social media workflows
Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
Collaborate with leadership to align creative strategy with marketing goals
Track performance metrics and optimize future content
Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Manage budgets for marketing campaigns while ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Engage in copywriting for promotional materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand voice.
Qualifications
Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and performance marketing strategies.
Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
Experience in product management is a plus.
