Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness across all digital and community platforms. This role requires a strategic self-starter with a passion for creativity and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends who enjoys bringing ideas to life. This role is pivotal in enhancing our patient experience and growing our connections within the Tangelo Family. The ideal candidate will be a fun, energetic, quick-thinking, and highly organized individual responsible for overseeing, collaborating, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals, enhance our online presence, and engage with the Tangelo Family and community.

Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.). Create and plan social media and digital content, with a strong emphasis on staying current with trends and finding timely, on-brand ways to incorporate them. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages appropriately, and escalate reviews or concerns when needed. Capture authentic in-office photos and videos highlighting patient smiles, team culture, celebrations, and special moments that bring the Tangelo patient experience to life. Lead the in-office patient experience by planning and executing start-to-finish initiatives, including contests and promotions, that engage patients, support team energy, and create memorable visits. Communicate initiatives with the team by clearly sharing goals, expectations, and updates to ensure consistent execution and a strong patient experience. Coordinate content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives Monitor market trends, patient needs, competitive insights, and social media KPIs to evaluate performance and adjust marketing strategies for effective results and a strong patient experience.

Qualifications

Naturally positive, enthusiastic, outgoing, and bubbly personality with a passion for engaging with others! Highly motivated, self-driven, and reliable - able to work independently while staying aligned with the team. Strong organizational and project management skills with an attention to detail. Creative thinker with a knack for social media content creation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficiency in Google Workspace Experience with graphic design
