Collaborative, diligent & creative working chef needed to run a well established local restaurant. Chef would work the line, manage others, run with new dishes/specials in a busy environment. A finely-tuned work ethic with an ability to produce seasonal, and current cuisine. Help train and empower others in service and prep. Experience and savvy, helpful with kitchen basics like ordering, rotation of stock, checking in orders. Fun place, great food and lots of room for creativity.
