Move hand and foot levers of hoisting equipment to position piling leads, hoist piling into leads, and position hammers over pilings.
Operate cranes, hoists, or other moving or lifting equipment.
Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Inspect equipment or tools to be used in construction or excavation.
Drive pilings to provide support for buildings or other structures, using heavy equipment with a pile driver head.
Position structural components.
Operate heavy-duty construction or installation equipment.
Clean, lubricate, and refill equipment.
Clean equipment or facilities.
Maintain construction tools or equipment.
Job Location
Columbia River watershed in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Home office/hub of operations is in Vancouver, Washington.
Experience
The minimum qualifications for the Heavy Equipment Operator -Pile Driving are:
NCCCO LAT Certification for Lattice Boom Cranes
Experience with Vibratory and Diesel Hammer Pile Driving
