. We're looking for a
skilled, detail-oriented Craft Pizza Maker
who takes pride in dough, fermentation, bake quality, and consistency.
This is not a "just throw toppings on dough" job -- we're looking for someone who cares about the craft.
Responsibilities
Hand-stretching and pan-style dough work
Sauce, cheese, and topping execution with consistency
Operating deck, conveyor, and pan ovens
Managing multiple pizza styles and bake times
Maintaining a clean, organized workstation
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
What We're Looking For
Pizza or kitchen experience preferred (training available for the right person)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy services
Team-first attitude
Passion for pizza and food quality
