Job Description


The Blue Heron is a cocktail bar hidden inside Crust Simply Italian. We are looking for an experienced bartender that focuses on service and hospitality. Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year bartending or serving experience in a high volume setting
  • Background and knowledge of classic cocktails from a craft setting
  • Excellent cash handling abilities
  • Positive attitude with guest first service
  • Passionate about craft cocktails
