Description:
By All Means, is seeking a Sales Representative who will have the primary responsibility of ensuring our client accounts receive the highest service and beer offerings possible. This position entails promoting and generating sales to on and off-premise retail accounts for By All Means and its sister company, Uberbrew.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and manage a professional and close working relationship with key accounts.
• Focus on selling draught and package beer products to account lists.
• Prospect and identify new account opportunities for sales growth.
• Provide account service, including draught cleaning, merchandising, and product organization.
• Conduct wait-staff education, beer tastings and beer-pairing dinners.
• Meet monthly sales projections.
• Complete purchase orders and delivery schedule.
• Utilize account management software and data population.
• Attend weekly meetings and actively communicate with our team.
• Perform vehicle care and maintenance.
  

Key Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of the beer industry, beer styles, and beer-making process (brewing experience preferred).
• Strong sales prospecting skills (sales experience preferred).
• Willingness to travel to multiple marketplaces, including the possibility of an overnight stay.
• Excellent customer support, time management and computer skills.
• Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate and excite customers about beer.
  

Compensation:

• Base salary ranges from $42,500 -$53,500 plus commission incentives, yielding a salary of $50,000 to $70,000.

What to Expect:
You will be surrounded by hard-working professionals that are passionate about their jobs and customers. Most days will be in the field visiting key accounts, providing account services, and completing daily pickups from the brewery. You will experience heavy lifting with kegs and case packages. When you are not in the field, you will be in our company office helping facilitate daily sales and customer support. With this service-centric position, you will likely experience a number of phone calls and emails from client accounts each day. Pending the account area, lengthy drive times are also possible.
