Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced bartender who can also serve tables as needed. This is a dual-role front-of-house position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong craft cocktail skills, and can stay composed and make confident decisions during busy shifts. You must be able to work independently without requiring constant oversight.

Responsibilities

Craft high-quality cocktails using proper techniques (shaking, stirring, batching, house syrups, classic builds, etc.) Pour beer, wine, and spirits accurately and efficiently Provide knowledgeable, attentive hospitality to guests both at the bar and on the dining room floor Maintain a clean, organized workspace behind the bar and in service areas Take orders and process payments using Toast POS Restock product, prep garnishes, and assist with bar setup/breakdown Comply with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards

Stay calm and efficient during high-volume service while making independent decisions as needed

Work collaboratively to maintain a positive, guest-first environment

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience

Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Professional, reliable, and able to adapt to shifting needs during service

Compensation

Competitive earning potential -- many bartenders commonly average over $25/hour with tips, depending on business volume and individual performance
