Courtesy Patrol Officer -

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Courtesy Patrol Officer to join our team. This essential role focuses on safety and security across our residential and multi-family communities by providing consistent patrols, addressing concerns, and promoting a strong sense of community.

As a Courtesy Patrol Officer, you will patrol assigned areas on foot or bicycle, observe and report suspicious activity, respond to resident concerns, and ensure compliance with community rules and safety protocols. You will communicate regularly with Property Managers, report maintenance issues or safety hazards, and assist in maintaining a secure and peaceful living environment. This position is designated as safety-sensitive and may include exposure to outdoor elements and potentially stressful situations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least three years of experience in courtesy patrol or a related security role. A valid driver's license and current insurance are required, and additional security training or certifications are a plus.
