Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

The Courtesy Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout service appointment process by communicating with customers and Service Department personnel in the execution of his/her duties.


Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person Welcome the client, determine the nature of their visit & escort them to the appropriate area/person. Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations. Back up the Service Porters. Clean and wash cars as instructed. Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary. Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency. Excellent communication skills both written and oral Active Listening - give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Time Management - ability to prioritize workload and manage one's own time Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
