: Trampoline Park Team Member

Overview:

Elite Air Evansville is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team! Our park thrives on delivering fun, safe, and memorable experiences to guests of all ages. Team members will be cross-trained in one or more of the following positions:

Cashier, Cafe Staff, Court Monitor,

and

Party Host

.

Available Positions & Responsibilities

1. Cashier

As a cashier, you are the first point of contact for guests. You ensure a smooth check-in process and help guests with purchases, bookings, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Operate the POS system for ticketing, retail, and concessions Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Answer phone calls and assist with party/event bookings Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

2. Cafe Staff

Cafe staff help fuel the fun by preparing and serving food and beverages in our park cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare simple menu items (e.g., pizza, nachos, beverages) Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Operate cafe equipment and restock supplies as needed Take and fulfill guest food orders in a timely manner Ensure the cafe and dining area are clean and inviting

3. Court Monitor

Court Monitors are responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment on the trampoline courts and activity zones.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise jumpers and enforce park safety rules Monitor courts such as dodgeball, airbags, and basketball zones Provide guidance and friendly reminders to guests as needed Respond to injuries or incidents and report to supervisors immediately Conduct safety checks and maintain cleanliness of court areas

4. Party Host

Party Hosts help create unforgettable birthday and group party experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet party guests and lead groups through their scheduled events Set up, serve, and clean up party rooms Ensure parties run smoothly and on time Provide excellent customer service to parents and party guests Facilitate games or activities if needed, and assist with birthday celebrations

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous experience in customer service, food service, or childcare is a plus but not required
