Reports To: Branch Manager / Branch Supervisor FLSA Status: Non - Exempt SUMMARY Performs a variety of duties to provide customer service by picking up and delivering cash deposits and change orders for customers. Delivering supplies, packages, messages, and other documentation to branches. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service
Pick up mail at Post Office daily and distribute to internal mailboxes or departments
Pick up and deliver cash deposits and change orders for customers
Pick up and deliver supplies, packages, etc. to branches
Fill supply orders
Check and stock necessary kitchen and mailroom supplies
Keep the supply room clean and orderly
Schedule routine maintenance for courier vehicle
Fuel and wash courier vehicle as needed
Complete Knowbe4 and ABA trainings

People Skills This position is primarily responsible for handling customer deposits and change orders.
