Responsibilities

Identify customer needs through active listening and provide appropriate solutions. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
