Job Description

Power-Flo Technologies New England is a northeast supplier of automation, sensing, and electric heating products. We are opening a Massachusetts branch and looking for a Counter Sales Associate to join the team. This role combines customer-facing counter sales with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, offering variety and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.



Location: Whitinsville, MA


This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site position. Schedules are between 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Counter Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge, information, and promotions. Suggest alternative or additional products when appropriate. Pull and stage orders for shipment Organize inventory Cycle Count Pick and fill orders Ensure that orders leaving the warehouse are checked and accompanied by the appropriate documentation. Process product returns, according to company procedure, assuring that all documentation is collected. Assist in maintaining the counter and product display area ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly environment. Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc. Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders in company vehicles (as needed) Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (as needed)

Counter Sales Associate Qualifications:

Previous experience in counter sales/inside sales and customer service Warehouse knowledge - experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Epicor Solar Eclipse software experience a plus A valid and clean driver's license to travel to local vendors as needed
