Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, answering questions about food options and specials. Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) system Handle cash, credit card payments, and process transactions with accuracy while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, and seating areas by bussing tables and cleaning as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by listening to guest needs, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a friendly environment for all patrons. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, retail, grocery store work, or quick service restaurants is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing sales totals accurately. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining quality service. Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed.
