About Us

Integral Psychological Services is a dynamic and compassionate mental health practice committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. We serve a diverse population across West Michigan and are currently seeking a licensed or limited licensed Child Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to provide services both in-person (Wyoming) and via telehealth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist who is passionate about working with both individuals and couples. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients through a wide range of relational and individual concerns, with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This position focuses on providing therapeutic services only--no diagnostic testing or clinical assessments are required.

This is a full-time role offering flexibility in schedule, setting (in-person, telehealth, or hybrid), and clinical focus.

Please note:

This position does not require participation in team meetings or case consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy to individuals and couples (couples work is required) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate Engage in continued professional development

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LP required) Experience providing therapy to both individuals and couples (required) Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Passion for culturally competent, inclusive, and trauma-informed care
