What you'll do

Deliver a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, makeup application, and nail care to meet client needs. Perform advanced treatments such as Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, ensuring client safety and satisfaction. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon environment. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build community relationships. Provide product demonstrations and upsell retail items that complement services rendered. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest services and a harmonious salon atmosphere. Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, including color theory, hair extensions, and esthetic laser treatments.

Basic qualifications

Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations. Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their needs.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in med spa settings or advanced beauty treatments such as deep tissue massage or body waxing. Familiarity with MINDBODY software for managing appointments and client records. Background in hospitality or customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
