Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of cosmetology services including hair styling, hair extensions, makeup application, body waxing, and nail care. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement services provided. Manage front desk operations including guest services and appointment confirmations. Demonstrate effective communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Participate in social media management to promote services and engage with the community. Upsell additional services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations. Experience in a salon or med spa environment preferred; familiarity with millennial trends is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment. Previous experience with product demonstrations is advantageous.
