Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty and wellness experiences through a range of services, including hair styling, makeup application, and skin treatments. Responsibilities

Provide a variety of cosmetology services such as hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care. Perform advanced treatments including botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, and dermabrasion. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Utilize salon software (such as MINDBODY) for appointment scheduling and client management. Manage front desk operations including guest services and retail sales. Conduct product demonstrations and upsell services to enhance client experiences. Engage in social media management to promote services and attract new clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Experience

Proven experience as a Cosmetologist or similar role in the beauty industry. Familiarity with various cosmetology techniques including color theory, straight razor shaving, tattooing, deep tissue massage, and hair threading is preferred. Experience in med spa environments is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A passion for beauty trends and continuous learning in the field of cosmetology is essential.
