Corporate Staff Attorney - Healthcare Law (Entry Level)

This entry-level role is perfect for attorneys with 1-2 years of experience looking to grow in a dynamic corporate legal environment.
What You'll Do:
Support general corporate operations: drafting announcements, filing documents, maintaining corporate records, preparing minutes, and coordinating presentations.
Manage litigation: coordinate with outside counsel, track claims, handle subpoenas, facilitate discovery, negotiate settlements, and attend ADR as needed.
Advise on regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist with employee-related legal issues, including internal investigations and responses to EEOC or OCR claims.
Other legal support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
JD with 1-2 years of legal experience (healthcare law preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with management and employees.
