What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Run creative campaigns to attract the best talent in sales, operations, and leadership.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, HubSpot, and digital outreach tools to identify and engage top talent in logistics
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring strategies, business goals, and role requirements.
• Represent Circle Logistics at job fairs, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for future hires.

What You Bring

• Proven full-cycle recruiting success across multiple role types.
• Experience in logistics/freight is a plus--but not required.
• Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter (HubSpot experience a bonus).
• Strong communication + content skills--you know how to sell an opportunity.
• A driven, high-energy approach that thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
