Position Summary:

Responsible for effective management and support of labor and scheduling business needs, including the achievement of corporate productivity targets and financial wage performance results through the management of the My eSchedule and Enterprise Labor Management System for assigned divisions. Communicate effectively with both Division and Corporate operations teams to achieve company forecasting accuracy, timely scheduling, productivity and financial wage targets. Provide support to assigned divisions\xe2\x80\x99 management, operations teams, district teams, and store associates through continuous coaching and development, including proper productivity / scheduling best practices and implementation in conjunction with their Merchandising and Key Retailing counterparts. Liaison between Corporate Labor Forecasting, Corporate Scheduling Specialists, Corporate Industrial Engineering, Key Retailing, and Merchandising. Role model and demonstrate the company\xe2\x80\x99s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage and achieve assigned Divisions\xe2\x80\x99 productivity, scheduling, & financial wage targets through Division labor and operations teams.
  • Manage the integrity and setup of the My eSchedule system, which includes the Enterprise Labor Management System (ELMS), for assigned Divisions.
  • Manage labor & schedule best practices with assigned Divisions.
  • Provide training and coach and develop Division labor and operations teams.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of weekly forecast development through their assigned Corporate Labor Forecaster and Division Labor Manager.
  • Serve as liaison and Subject Matter Expert for assigned Merchandising and Key Retailing department.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of labor management and scheduling principles
  • Experience with labor standards development
  • Experience in labor management training
  • Retail Management experience
  • Excellent communication, engagement and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to achieve business results
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of Division and Executive leadership teams
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel independently (up to 50%)
Desired Previous Job Experience
  • Enterprise Labor Management System & My eSchedule system experience
  • Project management experience
  • Labor Forecasting, Category Management, or Analytical experience
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
  • Proficiency in and ability to expand skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Analytics Tools (examples: Business Objects, ESSBASE/DODECA, KCMS, etc.)
