Job Summary



We are seeking an energetic and service-oriented

Corporate & Guest Services Sales Representative

to support both our Guest Services team and Corporate Sales initiatives.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on hospitality, organization, and relationship-building. You'll spend part of your time assisting with guest communications, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a seamless guest experience -- and the rest developing and managing small corporate accounts, relocations, and local referral partnerships that drive new business to Cohova.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality mindset, a natural sales instinct, and enjoys working directly with people every day.

Key Responsibilities



Corporate & Community Sales



Build and maintain relationships with small corporate accounts, local businesses, and community partners. Develop referral partnerships with area vendors (cleaners, movers, maintenance teams, etc.) to generate new bookings. Identify local opportunities for extended stays, reunions, relocations, and business travel. Represent Cohova in local networking and business development efforts.

Guest Services Support



Assist with reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries to ensure an excellent guest experience. Coordinate special requests, group stays, and long-term booking arrangements. Support offboarding and relocation housing logistics for client companies and guests. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth guest operations.

Collaboration & Reporting



Work closely with Guest Services and Operations to align on property availability, pricing, and client needs. Track leads, bookings, and referrals through CRM and internal systems. Provide regular updates to leadership on client activity and partnership performance.

Qualifications



2+ years of experience in

hospitality, guest services, sales, or account management

. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred. Hospitality, property management, or short-term rental experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills



Experience handling both customer service and sales functions. Background in hospitality or local business development. Familiarity with Northwest Arkansas businesses or community networks.
