Corporate Finance & Securities Associate Attorney -| $180k-$250k BASE SALARY |- Chicago, IL
Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected mid-sized and boutique law firms throughout Chicago and the surrounding metro area that regularly hire Corporate Finance and Securities attorneys.
This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms expand their public and private company practices amid active capital markets and compliance updates.
We're connecting with attorneys in the 3-6 year range who have strong experience in securities offerings, regulatory filings, or general corporate governance.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on securities law compliance, including 1933/1934 Act matters
Draft and review private placement memoranda and SEC filings
Support M&A and corporate finance transactions
Counsel boards and executives on governance and disclosure issues
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending
3-6 years of corporate finance or securities law experience
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
Experience with private placements or public company reporting
Compensation
? $180,000 - $250,000 base salary, depending on firm size and experience
