As the Corporate Dining Services Director at Edgewood, you'll oversee the strategic direction of our dining services across the company. This is a primarily remote position open to those residing in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming, or Idaho.

Responsibilities

:


Develop and implement company-wide dining strategies that align with resident satisfaction, wellness, and operational goals Oversee menu development Lead, mentor, and support regional and community-level dining directors Ensure consistency in food quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all locations Manage food service budgets, vendor contracts, and cost controls to ensure financial sustainability Regularly travel to communities and meetings

Qualifications

:


Registered Dietitian, preferred Minimum Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) Previous multi-facility management experience Minimum 5 years of dining services management experience A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset Passion and drive for helping others
