JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Data Coordinator is focused on executing day-to-day workflow managed through Kidder Mathews\xe2\x80\x99 proprietary data system, performing audits, validating and storing important closing documents for both sale and lease transactions in the Kidder Mathews proprietary database and conduct audits on data collection to ensure compliance along with any assigned special projects and working with the Corporate Data Manager through issues that may arise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Thoroughly review supplied information for accuracy ensuring compliance
  • Manage listings including new entries, revisions and removal, ensuring correct and accurate information is properly entered in the database and flowing to company external website
  • Partner with brokers and staff to identify reason for listing removals and track listings to ensure compliance with listing agreements
  • Execute day-to-day broker comp entries correcting information to ensure accuracy
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting on vouchers
  • Enter new listings in to the Kidder Mathews proprietary database as needed
  • Ensure appropriate documents are attached to transactions in listing, comp and voucher deal phase for compliance
  • Partner with brokers to address any questions/issues, data inaccuracies or missing data/documentation providing high level of customer service
  • Add buildings in correct locations and edit information for each building in proprietary data system ensuring accuracy
  • Conduct audits of listings in proprietary data system and company website ensuring accuracy
  • Conduct audits of data managed within Kidder Mathews proprietary databases and file systems
  • Utilize available time to proactively improve data
  • Conduct assigned special projects
OTHER FUNCTIONS
  • Cross-train to assist with workload and fill-in when necessary in the Corporate Data Department
  • Perform other duties or projects as requested

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
  • Highschool Degree or equivalent required
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Ability to learn and be proficient in the following web-based programs:
  • CoStar
  • LandVision
  • Google Maps
  • Ability to understand the commercial real estate industry including terms and standards
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 1-year relevant experience, commercial real estate experience preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This is a standard office environment with standard office noise like talking, office equipment, etc.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is rarely active but may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The employee must frequently sit and use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities are required to do this job including close vision. The employee must sometimes lift and/or move items up to 10 pounds.
