Job Description
Responsible to support the training department for L&L Franchise Inc. You\'ll get to travel around the nation and internationally. Must have the ability to ensure food quality and food safety are maintained. Will assist in ordering and helping with COGS for corporate locations and support franchisees with any questions they might have.
Responsible to help train new franchisees and ensure they are compliant with L&L brand standards. This position is required to travel frequently to assist in all L&L new store openings both in Hawaii and US mainland. They will be responsible to ensure that franchise owners and team members are trained and capable of handling the responsibilities carried out by the BOH and FOH team.
During the non-training days, will assist our Corporate stores with daily operation including working on the hotline and assisting with prepping.
