A well-regarded legal team is seeking a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate with at least 8 years of experience to support a robust M&A and transactional practice. Responsibilities
Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
Draft and negotiate transaction documents including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and closing documents
Advise clients on deal structure, due diligence, and regulatory compliance
Provide legal guidance on general corporate governance and business operations
Manage deal timelines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Support public company clients with securities law compliance when applicable
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona
8+ years of transactional legal experience, with a focus on M&A
Strong knowledge of corporate law, entity structuring, and deal mechanics
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Proven experience managing complex transactions independently
