Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate to join our firm and our highly regarded Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of broad corporate transactional experience. Prior work involving mergers & acquisitions (M&A), emerging companies & venture capital (EC/VC), private equity, or securities is preferred.
Responsibilities include participating in and managing a variety of corporate transactions, working closely with clients and team members to structure, negotiate, and close business deals, and advising clients on general corporate matters. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to be part of a complex corporate practice, working with public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and investors across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, life sciences, healthcare, and technology.
Job Requirements:

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
