Job Description
Are you looking to join a tenured team at an AmLaw100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Corporate group.
Experienced in mergers & acquisitions, private funds and general corporate matters, you will ensure companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds and other private investment vehicles are provided strategic advice in a variety of aspects related to their formation, operation, compliance, growth and structures.
All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript.
With at least
two years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience
, you are knowledgeable in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate work. You possess strong writing, analytical and communications skills, and you have excelled academically.*The salary/wage range is
$215,000 - $370,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
