Corporate Accounting Manager
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is looking for a
Corporate Accounting Manager.
This position is responsible for managing financial data processing, reporting, and analysis at the corporate level. It ensures accuracy across all locations, supports corporate initiatives, guides accounting staff, and aids strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations across multiple properties and entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
Responsible for Trappers Turn Golf Club's financials, corporate cards, and inter-company transactions.
Partner with senior leadership to compile, review, and analyze consolidated monthly financial statements.
Manage corporate accounting processes, including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Provide oversight and support to property-level accounting teams through guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training.
Partner with management on location-specific initiatives, ensuring smooth handoff by training associates to maintain continuity.
Collaborate with payroll associates to oversee payroll processing, assuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
What We're Looking For
You must have 3-5 years of experience managing finances, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Bachelor's degree in accounting/financial management is preferred.
Must understand Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, processes and procedures.
Must have experience in using computerized information systems with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence at all levels.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
