The

Copywriter

will use their creative talents to help worthwhile clients achieve their missions. As a Copywriter at Thompson, Habib & Denison, you will be part of an integrated team that develops highly effective multi-channel copy for marketing and fundraising campaigns. You will work alongside Creative Directors, Designers, and Account Management professionals to bring fundraising strategies to life for our client organizations.

Your Impact:




Write clear, persuasive, original copy for client projects, including print and digital (social, display, landing pages, and emails). Work collaboratively with creative directors, art directors, designers, and other writers to generate concepts. Leverage compelling storytelling for direct mail and digital fundraising campaigns. Learn strategic tactics and approaches for direct response.



Your Profile:




Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of copywriting experience. Direct mail and digital fundraising campaign experience for nonprofits or other social impact/advocacy-related agencies. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. This deadline-driven position requires the ideal candidate to be highly organized, thrive under pressure, be outgoing and amiable, and work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment. Would also consider experience writing newsletters for a marketing department in academia or public broadcasting.
