Position Summary: The Coordinator III will work directly with other coordinators and analysts to ensure quality of work delivered, performance/productivity benchmarks are met, and manage the pest escalation process .



Responsibilities: - Work order management, proposal management, reviewing all temporary increase requests, monitoring increased services and assisting with the de-escalation process for increased service. -Vendor coordination -Service level adjustments -Compliance monitoring -Administrative tracking



Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience 2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators 2+ years of experience in property, vendor or program management 2+ years of analytical / reporting experience 2+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews 2+ years of managing multiple projects 3+ years of MS Office Suite experience


Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or similar field

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $24.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.



This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
