Your opportunity



Southern Cross University's Global Partnerships team is seeking a dynamic, culturally aware Coordinator - Global Partnerships to support the development and delivery of our Transnational Education (TNE) programs and international pathways. You will work closely with global partners, internal stakeholders and offshore collaborators to ensure high-quality, compliant and seamless program delivery. Your ability to communicate across cultures, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships will be key to supporting SCU's growing internationalisation strategy and exciting projects ahead.



You will make an impact by:


Supporting the development and delivery of TNE programs, articulation pathways and offshore study arrangements, ensuring smooth operational coordination. Building strong, culturally responsive relationships with international stakeholders, and coordinating partner engagement activities including recruitment events, workshops, and promotional initiatives. Managing logistics such as compliance requirements, program data, academic staffing processes, invoicing, reporting and meeting support. Preparing high-quality documentation for management and operational meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will also need:


A relevant degree and subsequent experience in international higher education, especially global partnerships and transnational education; and/or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and training in the international education sector Strong project coordination skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and research to inform decisions. Knowledge of Australian international education regulations, with the ability to interpret policy, compliance and offshore delivery requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills, with the ability to work across cultures and build trust with international partners. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.

Your opportunity is:


Full-time, continuing (permanent) Located at either Gold Coast, QLD 4225, or Lismore, NSW 2480. Relocation assistance is available, making it easier to join our regional communities. HEW Level 6. The base salary ranges from $95,961 - $105,250 per annum, plus 17% employer's contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $108,292.
