Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, student development, or related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
A minimum of two years experience with leadership development, service learning/community engagement programs, and event planning.
A minimum of two years experience advising students and/or student organizations and supervising students.
Graduate internship experience considered.
Strong experience in the use of a computer for word processing, spreadsheets, database, financial systems, email, on-line calendars, researching on the web, social networking.
Working knowledge of student development theory.
Sensitivity and commitment to enhancing the student experience through the understanding of leadership and human relations.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with others from diverse and inclusive backgrounds.
Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
Desired Qualifications
Master's degree preferred.

Responsible for student leadership development, service learning/community engagement initiatives, and campus programming. Manages the Leadership and Volunteer Center. Collaborates with on and off campus partnerships. Shared supervision of graduate assistant, student interns, and student assistants.
