The Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations by organizing, tracking, and facilitating activities that ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams, leadership, and external partners, ensuring communication, documentation, and execution remain consistent and dependable.
The Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining structure, accountability, and follow-through across assigned functions while upholding the organization's values, safety expectations, and quality standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
*Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure schedules, tasks, and deliverables are completed on time
- Serve as a central point of communication between departments, team members, and leadership
- Track and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to assigned responsibilities.
- Support planning, scheduling, and prioritization of work activities
- Assist with data entry, documentation control, and record retention in accordance with company policies
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and communicate recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and process adherence as assigned
- Collaborate with leadership to support departmental goals and performance metrics
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
- Quarterly Travel: Participate in quarterly travel to project sites, supplier locations, and customer facilities as needed. Engage in audits, inventory management, and training sessions to ensure continuous alignment with industry standards and company goals.
- Audit Participation: Actively participate in both internal and external audits related to distribution processes. Ensure readiness for audits and address any findings promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, operations, or support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working
Conditions:
Office and operational environment with regular quarterly travel to project sites, supplier locations, and customer facilities.
Regular interaction with senior leadership, project teams, and customers.
Ability to work outside of standard business hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
