Job Description
We are seeking a
bilingual (Spanish/English) International Logistics & Export Specialist
to oversee and manage export operations from Puerto Rico to global destinations. This role ensures compliance with international trade regulations while keeping shipments on time, cost-effective, and problem-free. Coordinate and manage all export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Work closely with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers to guarantee timely shipments. Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and provide proactive solutions. Collaborate with warehouse teams on packing, loading, and export preparation. Use logistics systems (WMS, ERP, Excel) to maintain accurate shipment records. Support order fulfillment and shipping processes as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). Experience in export coordination, logistics, or supply chain is a plus. Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and compliance standards. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Bilingual - Spanish and English required.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
